The room had no real windows. there were windows looking into the hotel's central area though it felt a bit claustrophobic. the live music went on pretty late. I could hear it in my room. it was not ideal for restful sleep.

the staff, especially ploy and been, offered a warm welcome. they helped with an early check-in after my long journey. the hotel décor had a cute, unique atmosphere. i enjoyed the live entertainment at the restaurant each night. i even had spa treatments, also a great experience.
the room had no outside-facing windows. instead, it looked into the hotel's interior.

This hotel was very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. i particularly enjoyed the lobby bar. It consistently played music and served tasty beverages. the hotel also provides easy access to the mrt.
The pastries at the breakfast buffet looked better than they tasted. The dim sum corner remained unchanged throughout my stay, a minor disappointment.
